I purchased an SA324 from Scott 2 years ago; the experience was meh. I did my research before; the price seemed on par. I wasn't prepared; I didn't have a trailer, and Scott hooked up a delivery—good job.
Fast forward two years, I notified Scott that I had broken a "rear arm stabilizer." I wasn't sure what the part was called, so I sent Scott a picture to try and speed up the process on Sept 3rd. I dropped off the tractor just before closing on Saturday, Sept 7; I know it's not a kind move, but I called ahead and let them know I was on my way. After I dropped it off, I went and looked at a YT235C. Scott was kind and gave me his attention. It had been a long day, and I didn't feel like doing paperwork. Plus, I wanted to make sure my repairs were done promptly. Wrong!
Everything about the repair was on par with Sprint/Comcast customer service. I called the following Wednesday, Sept 11, to get a time frame for the repairs, "it was JUST looked at, and the part was ordered; it should be in next Tuesday," said Jesse from service. I called next Tuesday, September 17, to see if there is any progress. WRONG! They said they "JUST had a mix-up, and the wrong part was ordered." My assumption was that it was expedited or rushed because there was a mix-up that had nothing to do with any wrongdoing on my end. WRONG!
Now it came for me to sell my SA324, but it was still in the shop. I called Monday, Sept 23, to make sure the new ordered part would be installed and ready to go NO LATER THAN Tuesday, Sept 24, as I had my tractor sold to somebody that was supposed to pick it up on Wednesday, Sept 25, that was traveling 2.5 hours. They said they were waiting on the part. Because I leveraged the future sale against my tractor getting repaired, I thought Scott would have some sense of urgency, WRONG! He said he would take the part off of his personal tractor in order to get the sale. This did not happen. I called Wednesday, and the service department said it should get done today. WRONG! I figured once it was done, they would the proper thing and notify the customer that their product was ready, WRONG! I called Friday, Sept 27, in the morning and it had "JUST" been finished but nobody bothered to call me.
Scott, if you are reading this, i'll be purchasing elsewhere because of the terrible customer service.

Wow! I just wanted to take a moment and convey my thanks to the staff at Landmark Equipment in McKinney for doing above and beyond on my mower. Not only did it come back running way better than when it left but it looks way better too! Special thanks to Beau, Billy and the awesome folks who picked up and delivered my mower. Because of the outstanding customer service and the amazing attention to detail I experienced here, I look forward to doing business with y'all again for sure.

Went in late on a Saturday before closing. Sales guy was with a customer, but still came out of the office to assist us, with some simple pricing. We were in the market for a new tractor, so we were price shopping. Sales guy took us outside, I was concerned about his other customer, but he was very cool about Scott showing us the tractor. We really liked the New Holland, so we returned 3 days later and bought a new tractor. Price was not the best of what we shopped, but the product and service we received was enough to make up for the higher price. So far so good, I go pick my new Tractor up on Saturday. They are going to get her all cleaned up, I just snapped a pic before I left. Thank You Scott @ Landmark Equipment

I had the pleasure of purchasing a lawn tractor from Scott Norman at Landmark Equipment in McKinney, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. After my trusty 40-year-old lawn tractor finally called it quits, I was dreading the process of finding a replacement. After conducting some thorough research, I settled on a Cub Cadet as my top choice. With Landmark Equipment being the sole destination on my list, I headed to their McKinney location.

My encounter with Scott was an absolute delight. He exuded professionalism without any hint of pressure, making the decision-making process incredibly comfortable. In less than half an hour, I found myself the owner of a brand-new tractor.

Remarkably, a few days later, Scott personally delivered the tractor to my doorstep. This level of personalized service left me truly impressed.

As I got accustomed to using my new tractor, I encountered some confusion regarding engaging the cruise control. I reached out to Scott for guidance, and he promptly offered his assistance. In a patient and friendly manner, he not only explained the correct procedure but also demonstrated it to ensure I got it right. To my chagrin, it turned out that I had misinterpreted the manual – Scott's guidance was invaluable in resolving this. What's even more remarkable is that he extended an invitation to visit my home if I continued to face issues.

In my books, this is unequivocally a 5-star experience in terms of both service and equipment. Scott Norman and Landmark Equipment have earned my highest recommendation, and I am thoroughly enjoying my new tractor thanks to their exceptional support.
