Compramos un kilt (Heartlands tartan) en la tienda de St. Andrews el pasado noviembre. El caballero que nos atendió fue muy amable desde el momento en que entramos por la puerta y nos dio todo tipo de facilidades. Es una tienda muy acogedora y con mucha variedad de accesorios. Espero tener la oportunidad de volver pronto. Si queréis adquirir una de estas maravillosas prendas no dejéis de visitarles.

This is a great kilt hire company to use. They have a large selection of tartans available at very reasonable hire prices and in a variety of sizes to suit all. The kilts for hire and accompanying jackets are all of a high quality and some are even available for sale, again at great prices. There is a kilt altering service for those of you that find your own kilt has "shrunk" in the wardrobe. They have a sister shop on South Street in St. Andrews. The assistants were polite and very helpful, I was able to get a kilt hire on the day that I needed it, great service.

First while in the shop totally ignored by the staff eventually she tried to serve a customer that came in after use! Eventually hired a child kilt and shirt for. 4yr old the hire was for a week £75.00! The day of the wedding arrived and went to put kilt on grandson!!! Shirt was for a 2yr old kilt just fitted and no more … complaint when returned but refused and refund… also when the groom went o pick the stuff up it wasn’t ready would definitely not recommend this company .. EVER!

Terrible shop. Terrible service.

We were followed out of the shop with the attendant arguing with us. Wrong kits ordered. Hand fasting straps not ordered at all after being re-assured they had been confirmed...

Bearing in mind, this was 3 days before the wedding.

I had to get a new kilt the morning before the wedding thus, not getting my original al tauten.....

Terrible. Would NOT recommend...

Fantastic service and a great experience all round.

I was looking to purchase a kilt jacket and waistcoat but unfortunately, having tried on a few items, the Kirkcaldy shop didn't have my size. The staff in the Kirkcaldy shop made a quick phone call to the St Andrews shop, where my size was in stock, and I was given the option to have the items brought to the Kirkcaldy shop or travel along to St Andrews. I was more than happy to travel along to St Andrews where the staff were equally helpful and I purchased the items I required. All on the Friday prior to a wedding on the Saturday!

Great service from very friendly and efficient staff. Everyone was very helpful, measured us and then remeasured us due to the wedding being postponed due to COVID restrictions. Everything was ready to go and helped make the wedding a fantastic day. I would recommend to all my friends.

I came to this shop when my husband announced he wanted to wear a dark green bow tie to a wedding the following day. The two ladies working that day pulled out all the stops to get me one - they are lifesavers. Honestly couldn't have been more helpful, and cheery while they did it. Fab people, fab shop. Well worth a visit.
