First time guest, as we walked in we were greeted and then hard sold from the associate behind the register. They never left from their spot. They were too busy with their conversation with their coworker. As we looked around there was dust everywhere and anywhere. As I touched a couple of bags I literally got dust on my hand. After that even more associates walked in from their break. One person looked me up and down and muttered something under her breath! When I then asked her what their problem was , they all of a sudden went into defensive mode so I decided to just leave. Definitely won’t be back!

Great selection but if you want assistance look elsewhere. The last time I checked customer service wasn't standing in a circle talking to the other employees. Not a singular employee would talk to anyone in the store.

Lauren and August have been incredible in rectifying an ordering issue! I had an incredibly frustrating time with another store in regards to ordering and receiving the incorrect bag. These two ladies not only handled the other store's shortcomings but went above and beyond for me simply because I was a Kate Spade customer. Wonderful store managers and wonderful people!
