She was authentically engaged with asking about the purpose of our NYC trip, and gave us even more information on the additional Kate Spade stores that we were travelling to in the city - even doing so much as to taking a photo of me with my purchase and another photo of my friend and I to send to her fellow co-workers who worked at the other locations. Store del noto brand americano per abbigliamento ed accessori prettamente dedicato al genere femminile e situato all'interno dell'Oculus al piano superiore dei due destinati alle vetrine in prossimità del tunnel che porta al 3 e 4 WTC. Personale molto gentile e disponibile all'assistenza taglie o modelli e pronta a consigliare l'indecisione

Amazing service! The associates here were awesome and took great care of my mom. They offered to ship items to our home since they knew we were visiting from out of town. They also allowed us to purchase items and held them in store for us so we didn't have to walk around the area carrying our bags. I definitely recommend visiting this location.

Management and workers are snooty. There ones in particular who maybe the manager. (Definitely gave off that energy and my youngest daughter agreed, without me mentioning it). She gave me one shoe to try on. Mind you, I purchase from Kate spade online and surprise all the time. Also, during a visit before I was given the box. However there was one friendly brunette who was alive and friendly. Although I didn’t get her name, she was very welcoming until she mentioned the price is as is, when no one asked ! Mind you this is Kate Spade a lower cost brand compared to others. To make a long story short, I left and went to Tory Burch and brought the large Kira... Great customer service @Tory Burch Learn from them...
