The male employee or owner doesn't have good customer service skills. He took all my vehicle's paperwork and said he would call me in 1.5 hours when my registration was completed. He didn't call, so I went back and it was closed before the indicated hours of operation.
There's only street parking, and it's very limited.

First time i came here it was nice and eazy
This last time i came i left registration and was told i was gonna be called when ready to pick up.. no call 4/5days later i call the office he had some excuse and said the runner was at the dmv and he will get it that day. I made it to the office 10min before close time and they already were closed Next day i come in the morning as said will be open. They are closed again! About 9:35am Saturday.. monday i call in late to work as he said it will be done i go in around 9am and he says oh im sorry I didn't know who it belonged to im going to the dmv right now i will call you and have it dont later today.. (again!) I come again the following morning (today) about 9:20am and they are closed still. i been calling a few time last few days and no answer at all... i gave him my registration on August-4th today is the 15th and not one call back or no registration. Horrible Service Not to mention i asked about getting commercial permits/ Placcards prices and he seemed like he did not know what he was talking about

Dude will try and overcharge and was very passive aggressive, beta as heck. Wouldn't recommend.
