Let me start by saying the ladies who work upfront are amazing.. but the ones who do the work are lazy.
Both the engagement and wedding setting came from them. We picked them because most of the work was done in house. WRONG MOVE.
We took her engagement ring and the setting to be soldered together before our wedding Saturday. We were told we could come 2 days before but we did a whole week and thank god we did. Went to pick it up and the stone was off centered (it’s a pear) and leaning to the right (clear as day could see it) . They fixed it within 5 minutes then the center band was smushed on one side and hanging over the other not centered . They had to keep it to un do everything and redo it. Went to pick it up today and our amazing sales consultant noticed it was wrong before I made it in there, it was leaning to the right AGAIN. They took it and spent an hour to re fix it. Now there is a diamond missing off the band of her engagement ring. This will be the 3rd visit.. and tomorrow will be the FOURTH repair to put the diamond that was there when it was left back in it. We love the lady who sold it to us so we have stayed but really wish we would have used a locally owned and trusted store with employees who do the work right like they would for their spouse and not just repair something and mark it done and go to the next thing on the list without looking over your work. Just frustrated that these are things I noticed (I know nothing about jewelry) and someone who’s trained and even used lens to look closer didn’t even notice. Will never let this location repair her ring after the wedding god forbid.

Bought some jewelry as a gift for Xmas and brought it in to have it resized. When I arrived to pick it up I went to a counter toward the back right, just to ask if it was the area I picked up jewelry, and the short lady with braids (half up/ half down) was very rude. She waived her arm in the air, as to shoo us off, as she stearnly told us that she was off the clock and that we would need to wait on someone else to help us. I told her, ok, I just wanted to know if this was the area to pick up jewelry and that I wasn't trying to make her help us. We went by the door to wait our turn to be assisted, and when we were, the lady asked for a receipt, which I didn't bring, then asked for my last name. She went and retrieved the jewelry, handed it to my husband, (he tried it on), she had me sign for it and said, y'all don't have to wait while I finish up, because we were just standing there, so we said, where's the braclet? She rudely replied, what bracelet? We explained that we dropped off two items and she went and got it. I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism of the two women we encountered. Needless to say, I'll just make the drive elsewhere for my future purchases.
