Ralph is a great instructor!! My staff and I enjoy taking his class every two years. He takes the time to make sure everyone is learning and understands the material both in English and in Spanish. As a Child Care Center Director, I would highly recommend him to anyone for training.

My wife and I took the online pediatric cpr and first aid class online. We then scheduled the hands on training. You want to talk about customer service? Ralph was gracious enough to meet us close to home and on a Sunday as it was convenient for us. Ralph was professional, extremely pleasant, funny, informative and patient. I can’t begin to tell you how pleasant an experience it was, having Ralph supervise our training. I urge everyone to use Iron Hand Rescue for all your training needs. They are the best!

I am so delighted to write this review for Iron Hand Rescue for being so nice and helpful. I had to change my appointment for an earlier date due to a change of date at my new job and I called Ralph to let them know and he was so nice to find another location and called them himself and literally connected me with them through his three way call. Ralph was a great instructor. It was very easy to follow and he was very attentive on making sure I understood CPR effectively. Even though it was virtual it was still a great session. I would take his class again . Thank you!
