Anthony, I believe he is a field service tech, is awesome. Turns out he loves Tootsie Rolls almost as much as I do, although I am much more well versed in the history of the roll. Anyway; I know that when Anthony comes to my site, that the jobs will get done and get done right.

I really liked this place before the merger. But thay are slowly turning the corner. The customer service representatives have improved on there communication skills. But are lacking on follow through.not to say it is every individual. But thay are human. The service tech guys are top notch. The shaggers are green and don't allways do the nesscary tests before equipment goes to us customer's and it adds to loss of time and H&E issuing credit's. Over all thay are our go to rental company.

This place has a bunch of lazy workers I wanted to rent a towable lift for a month i went in rental where i was absolutely ignored they started at there computers not one would help me. I walked out after being ignored again when I said can I get some help. Horrible place i would never go thereagain
