She went above and beyond with customer support from the initial order and subsequent change orders through the installation of our appliances, and a follow up with an issue we had with a rebate. Not only did she return our call immediately months after the sale, she followed up with countless texts and emails until we had our rebate in our hands! I highly recommend Guy Gunter for your appliance purchase!

Great showroom and lots to see and feel. It really is a premium experience going there. The only let down is the installation team and coordination of scheduling. The installers sound nice over the phone, but once at your house, it changes for some reason and bad attitudes come forth. They’ll also ask you if you have tools for them to use. I have never experienced such a request in my life. They ought to be prepared and bring their own tools to the job.

Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience working with Guy Gunter in purchasing appliances for our new home. From the start, we got the distinct feeling that if you are not buying top of the line everything, then you are not a real priority for them. At almost every stage of the process, we found the customer service to be lacking. I'll leave the amount of time the order took aside because I understand that supply chain issues were largely out of their control. The larger issue was the complete lack of proactive communication throughout the process and when we did receive any communication it was very curt. We were told appliances would arrive by a certain date- that date came and went without any word from them and we would have to constantly reach out to get updates with new timelines that would also come and go without any proactive communication from them (again I understand the actual delays were out of their control, the lack of effort and communication was not). They get two stars only because they would actually reply when we reached out.

When our appliances were delivered, the dishwasher was delivered without a front panel. Again, it took us reaching out to ask where that was and only then were we made aware that it would be a couple weeks later. Also, our builder preferred to do the install so we asked to be credited the money we'd paid for that. To their credit, they agreed, but we are going on almost 3 months now and have not gotten our refund. After checking on it multiple times apparently they did cut a check, but it was sent to our builder's old address that he had not occupied for over a decade. Then when we called to get it squared away, we again were met with some level of attitude with the explanation being it would have been easier for them if we had paid via credit card vs cash so they could have just refunded back on the card rather than having to cut a check.

Top to bottom, the company could use a little customer service refresher. Aside from the lack of communication, there just seems to be very little appreciation for the business they are getting. I would look elsewhere for high end appliances were I to do it over.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and no matter what our questions or requests were she went above and beyond. Sad that a company I trusted has become a company I would never do business with again. Ordered EVERY one of my new kitchen appliances from them, and out of the 8 major appliances I purchased, 5 either did not work upon installation. After waiting over 3 months for the appliances, and purchasing high-end, you would hope that they would work and that they would be installed properly. Neither happened with Guy Gunter.
