First time visiting and it was a good experience. I was promptly greeted by Chuck when I came in, he asked if I was looking for anything specific and let me know about the deals and options offered if I wanted to order something he didn’t have. Overall a really nice experience and I will definitely be back when I am ready to make a purchase.

I had the best experience with this FFL service. Stain patiently answerable my questions about the new info. , and even though it was closing time, he stayed until everything was completed. I'm really grateful for what he works for me! This place is my top choice for friendliness and prompt service aways.

*Edit* all you need to know about their service or lack there of can be seen in the owners responses to any negative review it's no wonder they have no business. Do yourself a favor and go to Johns Creek indoor gun range or David's gun room they are both close to this one and their attitude and service is actually professional. *End of edit* Should really update your open hours on Apple Maps. Called twice and because they don’t have any sort of answering machine saying their hours or anything at all I went ahead and made the long trip to the store as they were listed as open. Arrived to the store to see an open sign illuminated in their window and lights on in the store but no one inside. All this could be fixed if you just recorded an answering machine that said your hours. What type of small business doesn’t have an answering machine, especially one in the business of selling things to customers.

I came in here to window shop for a new firearm for a future purchase, and like most places with great service, I wound up walking out with a brand new firearm perfect for me. The service here was great, and the associates here are extremely helpful and friendly! Chuck, Shaun and Veronica(? - sorry, I still haven't quite caught her name) were very welcoming folks who made my investment feel worthwhile, and it was! I plan on purchasing my firearms from them in the future indefinitely, at least until I move back to my hometown. That said, I highly recommend this place!

Bought a gun here a few months ago and that same gun recently helped me protect my home from an attacker. These gentleman gave me top notch service, took time with me to answer all my questions, and just had great energy overall. Awesome buying experience. I’m going back in soon for another one!

I purchased a S&W EZ 9mm PC model from these guys and I am absolutely in love with this thing. They answered all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. Really nice people to talk to. Ended up leaving with some extra ammo and they had a nice leather holster to go with it! Best firearm purchasing experience I’ve ever had and will certainly be back. Thank you gentlemen!

Great shop! Chuck is very friendly and knowledgeable. A lot of small shops have way too have of markups but Gun Lobby has great pricing. I just stopped in to grab some ammo but will 100% be back in there. There was a cool mix of products in there as well.
