Run for the hills!!! He’s worse than the thieves who take your ac unit. He installed the cage and then stole it back when I questioned him on how much he had given me on my previous cage. He started ranting and raving about how he came out on a hot Saturday and how difficult it was digging the holes (thought that was his job). He asked for a $50 “tip” because it was so difficult. Early this morning, he stole the cage. Not only is he a thief, but he’s a ripoff.

Henry is my new friend! He made every effort to accommodate my new home asap as I was terrified of the thought of my new ac unit at my new house being ripped apart when I wasn't home. On our call, he explained and sent pictures of "good, better, best" options unlike some other sales folks that come in with their Cadillac model when all you needed was a Honda. He came, he installed, and he explained some usage stuff to me... no muss, no fuss! I literally think just SEEING this cage is a theft deterrent. Def have peace of mind for a reasonable price!

Great service. I had a mini-split system installed and wanted the outside AC compressor protected. Henry, my contact with Gorilla Cages was quick to work with me. Within a week or so I had a security cage installed. The crew that measured and installed were excellent in performing their job and excellent in their customer service approach to the job. My rating is a solid five stars and two thumbs up for Gorilla Cages.

In this day and age of theft and bad customer service, these guys are a breath of fresh air. Just got a gage put in. I went to other places comparing prices and product. These guys are the best. There are gages that were cheaper, but looking at them I felt thieves could get in with no effort. This plus the fact that they were 5 to 10 minutes from the house made this a win, win. This is the second gages I brought from these guys. Highly recommend them.

During the summer I had to have a new central air unit installed. My husband was really concerned about keeping it secure. He contacted Gorilla cages. They came to our home the same day and completed measurements and set up. Our cage was installed the very next day at a very reasonable cost. I recently contacted Gorilla cages to receive information on a front security door. The receptionist was very nice and had great follow through. She was able to find me the front security door I want at a very decent price. I would definitely recommend Gorilla Cages to my family and friends. Excellent Job!

Excellent communication, and very accommodating! Installation was performed the same day I called. I could not have asked for better service. I would like to totally show my appreciation to Gorilla Cage for the excellent service they did at my house today installing a cage on our Central Air System. Gus and David did AWESOME work! They didn't take all day doing there job and were not trying to stop and do other things. They finished within less than 2 hours and came out the SAME DAY to do the installation of cage. THEY TOTALLY HAVE 5 STARS WITH US!!!!!!!!
