Employee Stores his truck in neighborhoods he does not live in for days on end. To top it off he parks half way in the street impeding traffic because no one can get around with stopping to let another vehicle pass. To really add insult to injury, a elderly lady was unable to get her mail I was told for days because the clown that drives the truck parked in front of the ramp for wheelchair access to the mailboxes for several days. This is a bad reflection on the company. By no means am I saying this is a bad company at all. I don’t know anything about them. I’m sure they are a fine plumbing company. But the employee who is doing this needs to be reprimanded.

This company blocked a shared driveway while doing work on the house next door. When asked to move so that a vehicle could leave the property, they acted incredibly unprofessionally. This escalated to such an extent that the police were called to help manage the situation. I absolutely would not recommend this company and would actively avoid utilizing their services.

These guys came out and fixed the water supply line for us on an Easter Sunday last year in 2023. Charged me half of whatever everyone else charges on a regular day. Just unbelievable service, great people, friendly knowledgeable, definitely recommend them.

I would like to respond to the Review given from @Pernell Baptiste. I called the customer this morning to address her concern, and to recall the service call; as we do not service dishwashers. After speaking with the customer, she recall the service request to be over 2 years ago.

I now remember the customer and her plumbing issue. As we accessed her concerns, we noticed the tenants in the home were engaged in illegal activities. After giving the diagnosis our technicians decided to leave the home and advise the homeowner to contact an appliance repair company. The homeowner was charged was never charged for any repairs. There was a $75 Trip Charge for diagnosis the issue.

Godfather Plumbing and Drains believes in standing by our quality of work. We respond to all jobs with a high standard. It is important to us to maintain our integrity and quality of workmanship.

I recently purchased a home and my home inspector neglected to detect a leak, granted it was an underground leak. So, I contacted three different plumbing companies for a quote and decided to go with Godfather’s Plumbing because they had the most competitive price. They quickly assessed the situation and confirmed that I did have a leak. The technician was punctual, professional and wore a mask the entire time (Covid). I’m very pleased with the service and especially the PRICE! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I had a water leak for 2 years, had several plumbers out to look at and "fix" the leak it had never been fixed properly. Finally God Father Plumbing came and identified the problem. They fixed everything properly and did it fast! Exceptional service! great price and good people! don't second guess it these are the guys for the job!!

These people were working at the house next door to mine which is being gut renovated by a developer and dug up part of our shared driveway to replace a sewer line. Fine, but they could clearly see I was parked at the end of the driveway and gave me no heads up at all that they were going to be blocking me in (with a truck, excavator, pile of dirt, etc. which was going to take some time to move all of it). When I told them I needed to go somewhere so could they move, he ignored me. I came back a few minutes later and said hey I need to leave the guy starts screaming at me that they aren't going to move until I am in my car. I would never normally do this, but I called the police to deal with it since I was a woman alone dealing with three grown men and one of them was screaming at me. My yard guy saw this all happen and said I should call them to handle it. When the cop got there that really set the guy off and he starts yelling that I'm a DEMON and OF THE DEVIL in front of the police. Completely insane.

My grandmother had a leak in the house coming from the main pipe outside. Godfather plumbing detected the leak and addressed the issue right away. By the next day the faulty pipe was repaired and replaced. He was super efficient, great with timing , and addressed all my concerns & questions. I would refer Godfather pluming to anyone.
