Very disappointed. Purchased SOD that was dry and crumbled. Informed CSR and was suppose to get call from manager. Never Happened. Had to load my own truck. Luckily I'm a 66 year old woman in shape. Will never go to this place again. Bad product, bad service.

Called at 7:05 am on May 2, 2020. Asked the man who answered if I could get a price/availability list. He told me to text my number and he’d email it to me. Almost an hour later and nothing. I called back and talked to a young lady. I asked for the same thing. She said that they don’t have a list and don’t do that. I told her that I was told that they do and that one of their employees said he would less than a hour before. She didn’t seem to care about that. I then asked her for some prices and availability numbers for specific stock items. She said she didn’t have time and would have to get back to me. First, I’ve never purchased from a wholesaler that wouldn’t tell me what they have and how much it is. Second, I’m doing a job that requires several hundred plants and I have to drive a truck and trailer 1:45 each way to pick up and bring back. With my first experience being this unprofessional, it’ll also be my last with this company. Truly unfortunate.

I am a frequent customer of Georgia Nursery. Great place and close to my home. Generally, materials are always in stock. I had mulch delivered, and they arrived early. Yes, early! Friendliest gentleman. The young lady whom works the counter knows her stuff. I only wish the prices were lower for the general public.

It is conveniently close to where I live and they are priced relatively cheaper than what you would get top soil and gravel at your local hardware stores for. The parking is limited and I don't believe there are public restrooms. I like the service and location overall.

I visited this wholesale nursery last year and the gentleman who was there was quite helpful. Last week I returned for my spring garden updates. There was a girl and a man in the customer service counter. I asked where I could find prices or signs on shrubs. The man replied they only sell to contractors but if I find something, that I take a picture and bring it back to them and they will look in computer. Two times he told me they only sell to contractors. But there's a sign outside "Open to Public". Rude and it felt like they could care less
