Not bad. Selections are amazing and the place was quiet but the man working at the counter was very chill. Had a little conversation with him and he's cool. There's everything you need at a GameStop for your gaming needs. Can't go wrong buying some things here. Check out their selections and shop before time is up. Much better than some of the other locations I went to.

Jordan is one of the managers at this location and she's absolutely amazing!! I appreciate her knowledge about making sure that I got the best deals. Her customer service is amazing and I will make sure to come again to this specific store because she is that good at serving you as a customer! So I recently moved to the area and this is now the closest GameStop location to me. I went in and moved all my preorders from my old store to my new store and that was a hassle because the young lady said she didn't know how to do preorders so I had to wait for the other person to finish what they were doing so they could help her. Not a huge deal everybody has to learn. Well then my first preorder didn't show up on time and that was strike number 1 for me because when it did show up instead of calling to let me know they opened my product and stuck it on the floor saying that it was beyond the time they had to hold it for even though I had tried to pick it up the day it came out. The young lady at that transaction was very rude implying that it was my fault that the game was not there. Strike 2 was today when I went in to pick up another preorder. Today I was doing a trade in to help offset the price of the game as one is want to do in GameStop. Well while I was there the girl took a picture of me and scanned my fingerprint just to do a 20 dollar trade on a game. I've been a GameStop customer since I was a child, I have never had a picture taken of me and definitely haven't had my fingerprints scanned just to do a trade, made me feel like some type of criminal. Suffice to say I will not be doing any further trades at that store. I'm heavily considering moving all of my business somewhere else after this experience. You got one more time with me and that's it.
