Very upset when I bought my husband's watch we were told to fix it or get new battery there would be no charge, they charged him $20 for a battery. I understand if I bought one now there would be a charge but company needs to honor what they say no matter how long ago it was.

10/10. While the shop may be small, it's packed with a very friendly and welcoming staff. Victor was great, he greeted me quickly helped me get a battery change and even upgrade my watch. He told me about the hybrids and his experience on them, and how they're a very nice balanced watch of smart and affordable. I'm loving mine right now. He helped me set it up and how to use it, he even went out of his way to find a charger for my phone since it was dyeing. Very nice and enthusiastic guy.

I was assisted by Ana a very patient, professional and respectful assistant. I was interested in getting a watch with specific features and she showed me each watch and explained to me the features of each watch one by one, she also told me the offers and special that the store had for watches. Amazing Experience. I normally don't shop at Fossil but after this visit I will be making it a part of every trip I make! Victor helped me and definitely made it a visit worth remembering. I and my friend bought two new watches. If he's not a supervisor or manager make him one asap!!
