I love this store, the staff is super friendly & helpful and the store is always clean and smells good. I just wish they had 12 foot christmas trees so me & my wife could see them in store before spending the money on one. I don't mind the price point at all we just want to see the diameter in person. The 9 foot trees are beautiful but just not what we're looking for. I hope you guys bring some in soon!

We had the best experience shopping with the help of Riley and Elise. They were friendly and helpful. The store was a pleasure to walk through as some of these outdoor stores can be overcrowded. We definitely recommend visiting the store and asking for Riley or Elise to help you out. 🙂

Purchased outdoor table chairs. Cushions were mixed manufacturer’s (USA-China) with different % of materials inside cushions creating a visual difference in cushion profile. Excuse after excuse waiting on exchange. Never to purchase here again. You can find better customer service at Cosco.

I love dealing with the Manager, Norma Daza, at the Poughkeepsie store. Last year we purchased a new table and chairs for my new patio that we built and Norma made it such an enjoyable transaction. She is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with so it was an easy decision where to go to buy furniture for my updated deck this year.
