Jerry was extremely responsive and quick in helping me get a home fire extinguisher inspected and tagged. He came over to our home on the same day and took care of things very efficiently. Excellent service!!

I had such a hard time trying to find an inspection company that would come out and retag my fire extinguisher for the month of Nov & Dec. Posting this review 12/26/23 (literally day after Christmas), SAME DAY! I reached out and he was able to show up within 20-30min. Unfortunately, some of the other fire inspection companies I dealt with, they complained about not being able to get into my box therefore requesting that I--myself had to physically break it and then transport the fire extinguisher to them for inspection/retag OR they'll eventually come out and break it, but I would then have to also pay them to replace it?..NONE of the above took place with Jerry! He was able to get into my box, no breaking of anything! I didn't even have to be onsite. He sent pictures and was nothing short of professional. This is the small victories that count big when adulting, thank you Jerry for going above and beyond especially during the holidays to save me on cost. 10/10 recommend.

Highly recommend. Responded to my email and text message immediately and scheduling was quick as well. Other companies I called wanted to charge additional fees if I wanted the job done soon but not Fire Security Alarm Protection. Quick, efficient and affordable as well. Thank you very much Jerry!
