Always quality products at Fire & Safety! Guys at the station ordered me a new shield for Christmas so I picked that up, snagged the boys some stellar Trump hats and next thing we know, Donna Lawson is having extra gifts brought out to the boys!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. No cleaning done and even worse customer service. They came to our restaurant and did a terrible job nothing was clean the roof is covered in greased so I doubt they even went up to clean the chute. They left grease residue all over our floors and mats .their chemical destroyed a pizza oven nozzle and they denied it was their doing. And when called to get manager to look at it he said he will get back to us asap and talk to his boss . Called 3-4 times in 2 weeks to get a hold of him and then tells me they aren’t going to come back and clean it again nor compensated me for ruined equipment . Was the second chance we gave them .. never again!

Went to get a small CO2 tank refilled about 3hrs before their closing time and was told that I would be charged a $50 "rush fee" on top of $40 to have the 5#s of gas filled same day. I said no and drove the extra distance to Arc3 in Lynchburg and had my tank filled in 5-10 mins for $29. I don't typically write bad reviews, but I don't appreciate being milked for an extra $50 to rush a process that takes 5 mins.

If you are filling your CO2 tanks here, definitely drive the extra distance to Arc3 to save money and have a quicker turnaround!

Came and did a walkthrough for our system and asked no questions. Showed up unprepared to clean our particular system that they pre-checked / inspected. Performance was unsatisfactory so they returned again and blew pressurized air in the flue creating a soot mess in every inch of our facility. The only positive is they refunded the service but failed to refund cleaning services like a professional would.
