I raised this review from 1 to 3 stars because after posting, I noticed that the store manager had responded to some of the other complaints below. I contacted him directly and he met with me, acknowledged the issue, and provided a replacement shower head. That was a great experience.

I would have given 5 stars based on this experience except that their “customer service” team was so lousy and refused to elevate the issue to someone who could help. I was lucky to find his name here otherwise we would have been stuck with the defective part of had to replace it on our own.

If you have a problem with something you buy here snd customer service is unhelpful, contact the store manager directly.

Ferguson does not stand behind their products providing terrible “customer service” for a high end, expensive store. We ordered a 10” rain shower head and four years later, the rubber tips that the water streams out of at each hole are disintegrating and falling out. Should be straight forward to replace if we could get these replacement parts but Ferguson is providing no assistance, leaving us to have to replace a $1000 shower head after only 4 years. Extremely disappointing.

Old lady didn’t have time to help me. (I’m deaf) so I decided to leave early. But what is worst part is park ticket was closed (not work) and force me to pay $20 for 45 min? (As lost ticket)Nope. Not ok! Shame on you!

Sent my mom to this store to look at bathroom fixtures. Nobody could help her since they are appointment only. Melanie (receptionist) gave her the wrong address to the Alpharetta location. Sent an email to manager for information and an appointment. Got a response with basic information, no appointment was offered. Alpharetta location was a lot more helpful.

We worked with Alexandra at Ferguson for a year on the selection, purchase and install all of appliances and plumbing/bath fixtures for our custom home project. We had a fantastic experience. Very professional, responsive, extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lexi, our sales person, was very responsive and easy to communicate with up until we placed our appliance order. After we placed the order and paid in full, she was completely AWOL. The appliance delivery date came and went with no communication from Ferguson. When we called multiple times to inquire about the delivery, nobody could find our order despite having a receipt with an order number and customer number. It is pure unadulterated incompetence at Ferguson. We are still waiting to find out when delivery can be rescheduled. During this whole ordeal, Lexi was unreachable and unresponsive. Had I known this would have been our experience, we would have ordered from a different supplier. The disdain Ferguson has shown to us as customers has turned me off from every purchasing again from them.

Overall the showroom is nice, with a lot of options for you to see in person. My wife and I made an appointment and drove down. We spent over an hour with the consultant, picking out most of what we needed. Unfortunately we never got a proposal/invoice, as there was zero follow up from the consultant. Decided to go to the Kohler showroom in Alpharetta a couple weeks after, and I would highly recommend doing the same instead. Kohler consultant had us a proposal by the end of the day, and we placed our order a couple days later.

Do not order from this store. Very poor customer service. I purchased a very large order in May, and I have found it difficult to contact my showroom designer, after multiple phone calls and emails. I have had to talk to 2 more customer service reps to be able to make sure my order is currently correct. I am still trying to figure out how to get a refund for some product changes and who do I need to contact when it’s time for delivery!!
