Great resource for community farmers and homesteaders! Slightly discounted prices. Additional small discount for per bag for bulk purchases 20+ bags. Friendly service.
----
Update: they didn't explain the discount of .5 per bag only applies to purchases of 20 of the same item so we didn't get the discount the first time.
The next time they confirmed # of bags available on the phone before we drove an hour over there and then didn't have the # they told us and wouldn't give the tiny discount even though we bought the total # bags overall just not all of the same item bc they sold what they told us they would hold for us. Very disappointing service. Lack of concern for making it right bc we didn't save anything w the gas we spent.

We also discovered the bags of chicken feed were filled with mites a little too late. All our chickens got mites and we have had a hard time getting rid of them. The hens stopped laying altogether since giving them that feed (and our rooster died). Sadly its a non gmo feed we usually trust so I believe its just the saturation of mites they were suddenly exposed to.

Family has done business here ever since it started. Even though agriculture is on decline in Fannin County we will continue to support or CO-OP. It's only one of a few left in Georgia.
Has the best selection of products for farm and livestock production needs.
This is attributed to the knowledge of the management to know what to have in stock for the growing season
also. This also includes taking the time to supply people with the
information they need to grow in this area.
They will also put an outstanding effort to special order items to meet any specific needs.
Thankyou

Super nice and very helpful folks. That took me back in time almost 40 years ago with my father. Reminds me of when we would go to get mens for our dogs. Loved it. You don't see places like this anymore.

Product's are good. I'm very disappointed in that we ask them several questions about grass seed and they recommended annual rye grass mixed with Kentucky fescue. We bought 100 pounds to redo our backyard. We needed more and went back a few days later to get the same mixture and she said, you shouldn't get annual rye grass! Seriously! Why did you just sell us 50 pounds!?!?!?! Now my backyard is looking brown from 50 pounds of rye grass they recommend. Not sure if I will go back again. That's a lot of money wasted on their recommendation.
