Rikki from Equitack was absolutely fantastic to work with! She helped my daughter and her horse during a saddle fitting and found the perfect saddle for both of them. I had the absolute best experience with Rikki! My horse has a weird back so it took a few saddles, but she was able to get one that fits him perfectly for a very reasonable price. My daughter (hunter jumper) was in need of a particular Voltaire saddle size and number. We were also in a rush due to show season starting. One call to Rikki and she handled everything for us very professionally and went above and beyond. Our daughter is very happy with her new saddle and so is her horse. Be careful selling saddles through them. Absolute nightmare. Received an offer on the saddle 14 months after they had it. I agreed to discount the saddle but then never heard back. I guess they decided not to buy it. I waited another 2 month and finally wanted my saddle back but it wasn’t available because it was on trial. I heard nothing so reached out 6 weeks later. Was told the saddle sold 2 weeks before they had said it went on trial. Makes absolutely no sense. Apparently they sold for the discounted amount from months before despite never discussing with me. They said it’s the same people. Hard to believe given their timeline makes no sense. Very sketchy and won’t let my clients send their saddles to them anymore
