Disgusted by service received tonight. I have used this restaurant for years. Placed an order through Just Eat, received a call to say main items were not available. Annoying but not a big problem. I advised Equis that I wanted to cancel and was told that the driver was already at the restaurant. I asked to speak to a senior member of staff and subsequently heard a staff member making personal comments about me over the phone. When I spoke to the manager, they became very abrasive, denied all knowledge and passed me straight back to the person who had made a comment in the first place. Won’t be back.

We popped in for their ice cream which is very good. I have been looking for an ice cream parlour which can make a real Knickerbocker Glory!
I read the menu and thought yes this sounds as if it could be a proper K.G.
How disappointed was I when it came. Nothing like the description on the menu. No strawberry sauce or fresh strawberries. No roasted nuts or nuts of any kind and to top it all, No Cherry on the Top! It was basically ice cream with cream and some kind of sauce. Some lovely wafers on top.
The service was pleasant. We still go in with our granddaughter to buy ice cream. I'm still searching for an authentic Kickerbockef Glory!

Always looked forward to fish and chips from here as a treat. I have been eating from here since the shop opened but tonight for the second time the taste from the fish and the batter tasted of cheap or unchanged oil. Not as tasty as it once was, sad to say will be trying elsewhere from now on.

I ordered from just eat sausage supper and 10 inch pizza which arrived within approx 20 mins
The food was hot however the pizza was slop it was coming through the bottom of the box the onions on it were solid it was so sloppy I couldn't pick it up
I took it back to equis they were dismissive and refused to give me my £11 back telling me I have to claim it from just eat I told him he cooked it and cut he must have seen it was clearly was undercooked slop he tried to blame just eat stating they take too long to deliver
Absolute nonsense it was fast delivery the sausage supper was piping hot
I will never order from them again

took my family ages to get our drink orders in, once the food was ready which took a while it came out never got our drinks. orderd the chicken breast and couldn’t even cut it with the knife. it was so dry and wasn’t good service at all
