Durants Party Rentals

We learned that we had to provide all the glassware for our DIY wedding, which was a logistic that I was stressed out about. Durants was a great vendor to work with, as they had absolutely everything we needed from rock glasses to highball glasses to tan linen napkins. Our venue was at a barn that also is an operating winery and we loved the water glasses that were shaped as the bottom of wine bottles. They were very easy to work with and we were able to make changes to our order up to 3 days in advance I believe. They dropped off and picked up on time. I’d definitely recommend them if you find yourselves planning a DIY wedding!

My husband reached out with a call and email to rent a bounce house from them. He never heard back after two days. Had to call them again the day of the event and was able to pick one up but that meant he had to drop everything to go as they closed within the hour. The kids enjoyed it. It just would be nice to have a bit better customer service in terms of returning messages/emails. Sorry I didn’t take any photos of the one we ended up getting but it was a standard castle, nothing fancy with slides or obstacle courses or anything.

The service here is worth 5 stars for someone who values their time. Allison helped me order and get my items in minutes. Amazing! My rating is based on the condition of the items. Though renting chairs for a recital, the chairs have been obviously rented before. The condition is ok for use, but not for visual aesthetics of our venue. We have to rent covers to make the chairs more presentable. They have other items for rent so you can probably what you need if you do not have the finances or storage to buy them yourself. Allison is great and I appreciate her help. Thank you!

Used Durant's for wedding rentals July 2020 during pandemic. Had no choice but to hold reception in our yard. Worked with Lynn who was very helpful. Everything went off without a hitch. Our only complaint is that the chairs were mostly dirty and many had stickers stuck to them which we had to do our best to remove. All in all it was a good experience.

Best possible experience with Durants. Office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. Delivery people were on time and above and beyond helpful. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

We had a party at Hubbard Lodge, and Durants went out of their way to fill out the required paperwork (which was extensive) on a short deadline to get us our tent. Glad to have worked with them.

I am very displeased with the customer service that I have received from beginning to end. the drivers, the guys on the road were absolutely phenomenal, wish I could say the same with the people I spoke with. I asked for a refund or an exchange and I was told there was nothing they could do about it.
