Isiah will help out with anything and everything. If he sees the parts counter getting extra busy he’s willing to jump right in and help out to get the customers in and out as fast as possible. If you have a question about any machines or issues or anything, if he doesn’t have the answer he is determined to find it and give the customer all the help possible.

My name is Bailey Bloodworth and I work for RV ironworks , we have several Ditch witch trenchers.. multiple RT95 with H911 and H910 attachments as well as one with an M910, we have 8020’s we have R100’s and a couple HT100’s.. they are the bread and butter of what we do which is irrigation pipe installation … I have personally been coming to ditch witch on a darn near weekly basis … and Fernando and Allen , and now Fernando and Isaiah, are like family to me .. we buy 10’s of thousands of dollars in parts .. they are always helpful, and punctual , they call you back , they check on your order , they remind you when you need to come in and get parts . They have made my life personally much easier as the parts manger of a fleet of over 100 pieces of equipment .. I deal with several companies on a daily and weekly basis , some of which I dread dealing with because I know I won’t receive my parts in a timely manner or the customer service is “lacking” to put it lightly .. but not Ditch Witch ?‍♀️ Fowler , I can honestly say I look forward to our interactions and they are a cut above the rest … and because of that we continue to buy and service our ditch witch trenchers , just wanted to give a big thank you to the guys in the parts department ..
