These guys were very communicative, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Needed to change the schedule, and then they were able to come earlier on the re-scheduled date. Communicated well via phone and text. Once they arrived, they very quickly resolved the issues I had. When I called to schedule the appointment (outdoor outlets were not working and needed a chandelier lightbulb replaced), I asked about any fees associated with coming out and was informed there was no fee. The individual I spoke to informed me that they would not be able to do the chandelier lightbulb on the initial visit, but would be able to determine the ladder needed for the job. When the technician arrived, I was informed there was a $225 service call fee. The technician replaced the GFI outlet switch and charged $20 for the switch. Due to being unable to change the chandelier lightbulb, the technician stated that we would have to pay the $225 service fee again for them to come out to replace the lightbulb. Overall, disappointed with the misinformation provided.

I called Discount Electrical Service after already contacting 5 other electrical services. I am in the process of purchasing a HUD home and Ron called me back with in an hour and was so informative about what I needed to have done. His knowledge was very refreshing and comforting. He had one of his workers over at the home right away and they were able to get everything done to get the home up to code with in a day. They told me how much it would be right from the start and to my very pleased surprise he was able to do it for less. How many places would be that honest and help you out like that. The job was done really well and very professional. They send you a text message to let you know when they get to the home and when they are leaving and if they are done. I will definitely use them again for any of my electrical problems or needs.

I called Discount Electrical to do an estimate on installation of two disconnect boxes for a new HVAC system. They actually arrived early for the estimate, gave a very reasonable price, and did the job that same day! I was impressed with their knowledge and efficiency. Quick, professional electrical service in Murfreesboro Tennessee.
I needed to run two 240volt lines to my garage for use with power woodworking equipment. After waiting over two weeks and two missed appointments with another company, I called Ron at Discount Electrical Service. His employee, also Ron, showed up on time the next morning, was very pleasant, gave me a clear estimate, and finished the job quickly. The owner came out and assisted, and everything was done perfectly and cleaned up by mid-day. Cost was a bit under what I expected for the job, based on the length of wire run. I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. Thanks, again guys.

Absolutely terrible communication, service, and all around approach to business. Will not recommend or wish my experience upon any consumer. Ron required payment before he could schedule to replace my meter base - a fairly simple project. I paid him and he cashed my check immediately. 6 weeks later and after dozens of attempts to call, schedule, and have the work that I already paid for done, I have called it quits. My attorney is now taking this matter up.
