One of the few places in the outlets that's truly a bargain. I've replaced a few tools that I use regularly and have just worn out, for great prices compared to what I paid at the big stores. Definitely worth a look!

I have spent a LOT of money in this store. If I would have bought the exact same tool from a big box store or at Amazon I would have spent 30%-50% more for the Exact same items.
Check their website regularly and sign up for emails to be sure you get the maximum discount possible.
The Pooler location has great staff who are very knowledgeable. The manager (I forget his name 😞) is always helpful and the most knowledgeable of the bunch. I can't recommend this store enough.

I ordered a Ryobi One lawnmower from them that they listed as "Factory Reconditioned". There was nothing reconditioned about it. It was obvious someone attempted to assemble it and realized that the mount for the handle was severely bent and returned it. Direct Tools basically just repackaged it in non-factory packaging, it arrived in a non descript box and the mower was wrapped in bubble wrap. Luckily I am a metal worker and was able to make a new mount for the handle since returning it would have been a serious PITA since there was no original packaging to send back to Ryobi. Seems pretty shady that Direct Tools would sell a mower that was obviously not repaired.
