I wanted to share my satisfaction with the recent installation of new card readers, access control, and CCTV cameras in the building I manage. I could not be happier with the level of service provided by Datawatch.

From the initial walks and planning conducted by Michael, to Troy’s management and training support, and Jason, who served as the project manager on-site during the 3-4 weeks of installation, all of them and their teams were outstanding to work with. You couldn’t ask for better service, support, and open lines of communication.

Their accounting department is incompetent and their payment options antiquated. None of their platforms ever work and you will end up needing to call, the staff is not thorough or careful, often taking down information incorrectly, and nothing is ever easy when dealing with this company. Avoid at all costs.

2. Online Shop: Their online shop is impressive, providing whatever you need quickly. Need bulk access cards by the next day? Done.

As a commericial property managemenet company, we have used Datawatch at one of our buildings for over 8 years and the system and company works so well we just added them to another building. As with all access systems, there will be minor hiccups and their team has been great at communicating and problem solving. The IT/programming team is the best and quickly responds to change requests. We hope to add them to a 3rd building next year.

I have used this company for my business for the past 20 years. I don't know how you can be a data management/security organization where no one answers the phone and the dispatchers are just NASTY. I guess they just keep collecting our checks. I guess having an account that you pay for is not worthy to have a HUMAN answer on the other line! Looking for another company that has better customer service.

We have used datawatch for over 12 years and I am not sure what has happened in the last 12 months but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. We have had an issue with our invoice, an overpayment, and we can't get ahold of anyone to adjust this invoice and pay it. You would think a company would want their money.

The data watch app is completely useless over 80% of the time I try to enter my building at work, I've had to swipe for entry over 20 times and had to have a co-worker let me in the office almost 30 min later. HORRIBLE app utterly useless company unless you have a key fob at all times because if you lose it or leave it one day you are screwed and there will be now way for you to access your building even IF you use their app as back-up for entry which it is designed for. (USELESS)
