I had been thinking about upgrading my heating system to a heat pump and had heard about the government grants available. Unfortunately, it’s not straightforward and I had become overwhelmed when it came to applying. Someone from Darias came to my door to promote what they had to offer - that they would give me a free quote and if I accepted they would then walk me through grant application process so I said sign me up. Bronson was excellent to work with and together we discovered that not only did I qualify for a significant grant but also for an interest free loan for the balance! From start to finish this process went seamlessly and now I am thoroughly enjoying my new heat pump. I highly recommend Darias for their professional workmanship and excellent customer service.

Dustin and his crew are amazing. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned everything up at the end of our 2 day installation. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were to our disabled young adult and worked hard to minimize disruption to their room. Would definitely recommend!

Where do I start. The Darias crew took care of us from the paper work with Bronson, to Brendan's visit and help with the prep work. Dave did a great job with the installation. We are now enjoying our heat pump. They were all so caring with us.

Everyone we dealt with at Darias was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Highly recommended. Our heat pump was installed on one of the hottest days of the year and the house went from very hot to nice and cool in a few short hours. Perfect timing!

This company offers "above & beyond" exceptional service. Bronson, the Sales Rep. was patient, kind ,very thorough and explained the whole process. He also assisted with securing the grants and took care of all of it. The crew of installers, Dave, Andrew and Brent were stars! They kindly put up with my endless questions, were efficient, and clean up was perfect. They actual ly did more than required by cleaning the moss off my cement pad! I will definitely continue business with them for maintenance! I have no regrets switching from oil to heat pump and dealing with Darias Heating and Air Conditioning!

Bronson was very knowledgeable of the installation process and the financial costs or grants being offered ….he was very patient and truthful in his sales pitch which was apparent in the final process.
