If I could give Casey and his team 10 stars, I would.

I can’t say enough good things about Casey and the work that he did. We had to do an entire system replacement and not only was his quote the best value, but he took the time to really walk me through the process, think through any potential snags or things that could cause issues in the future, and allow me to voice my concerns and address them accordingly. We spent weeks getting quotes from different companies, doing research, etc., and ended up deciding to hire Casey before he even left the initial inspection. I never regretted that decision even for a second.

He went the extra mile at every turn, and you can tell that he truly takes pride in his work. He’s his own harshest critic and will put in the time to make sure his work meets his extremely high standards. He was honest, trustworthy, very detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

Casey and his team are awesome. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and the safety of their customers. They explain things very well and take the time to make sure you are comfortable with everything. I will definitely be using them for all my furnace needs!

AMAZING!!!! Casey was so nice and talked me through what was wrong with my furnace. I ended up going with a full HVAC system replacement. I swear my old furnace was secretly plotting against me.

Casey was so professional and went above and beyond for us! He was extremely knowledgeable and honest with us about all of our questions we had. He even did a little extra just to be sure we were all set to go 🙂 would HIGHLY recommend him for anyone and if we weren’t moving out of state, we would use him again!

Do not use this company. They replaced my circuit board in January and my furnace isn't working again. Had them out on Thursday, 10/31. Got charged for a service call fee. I called another company for a second opinion and turns out Dad's heating and AC hooked up the circuit board wrong added the motor wires to the thermostat connections. If I could I would give them negative stars.

I used them again in October because of their service but using them at all costs me more than it should of.

I needed someone to fix my air conditioning unit. Of course it broke down in the middle of this heat wave. I called Dad’s and Casey called me back right away. He and Gage came and fixed the problem. Couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Dad’s. I wondered how one company could have that many five star reviews and now I know!!! Top-notch personal service!
