Great people. I rented three speakers for my engagement party and the folks at Crossroad helped me in selecting the right equipment for the low price. They were aware of my lack of familiarity with the systems, so they set up the speakers the day before so I was ready to go. As a result we had the speakers installed intime just a few hours before our event and our guests had awesome experience. I definitely recommend them for good quality and reasonable price. They take care of customer for no premium!

Wish I could give these guys 5+ stars. I have used this business couple of time for equipment rental and I found their staff to be extremely professional, helpful and pleasant. Jeff is probably one of the nicest guys ever!!

I needed 2 prof mics. I am ignorant to mics in general but was referred here. I walked in announcing I needed someone very patient and that was indeed what I got, beyond! C Rod helped me in what amounted to 2 hours+, including stepping away for phones and customers. He mapped out the flow of what I needed on paper, and then concluded what I would need, offering 2 options and walking through each. Once decided, he priced the set and individual components. Once I purchased all the equipment, he said "ok, let's unbox it all and show you how to use it". We did just that. After putting everything together, he showed me what all the knobs and toggles on my digital mixer do and how to get the best sound, what issues to look for, etc. This was one of the best customer services experiences of my adult life and knowing how important the right equipment is in beginning this endeavor, I could not have been more grateful for the patience, time, and sincerity he displayed. I'm overwhelmed at his kindness. It's just not like this everywhere! Thank you C Rod for your help!

Had to get some audio equipment for a work event, so I did some research on the internet and this place came up. I gave five places total a call and Crossroads gave me the best rental price, more importantly though, Chris took the time to listen to what type of event we were having and recommended a specific audio system, he also patiently explained to me what it was and why he was recommending it, which I really appreciated because I don't have any background with audio equipment. There were a couple of changes with what I ended up renting and Chris and Jeff were very patient and understanding. In the end, Jeff ended up showing me how the set up would look like, walked me through all the plug ins, and carried the system to my car. The whole process took about 20 minutes. Returning the rental was even easier. Chris and Jeff really know their stuff and additionally they really know how to treat the customer. I will absolutely go back to Crossroads next time I need anything audio/visual related!

Fantastic service! I needed microphones at the last minute and was referred to Crossroads. I'm not an expert in the audio video space and they were quite helpful to inform me towards the right decision. If I need any other a/v equipment in the future, they will be my first stop.
