Please be aware that all of their dressing rooms are closed. When I came in, I was unaware of this so when I seen one of the employees I asked her like is your dress really closed and she confirm yes so I said well can I try to the clothes on or the pants on if I can slip them over my clothes just to see how they look would you mind She said no she doesn’t see anything OK so I’m trying on a few pants when I notice it’s like a lot of customers coming in and I don’t want anybody seeing me with my pants off. I go to the corner of the store for more privacy. That’s when this redheaded ragdoll says in front of everyone Ma’am, but you can’t do that you out in the middle of the store with your drawers out I immediately informed her. I already asked another store employee that can confirm that I can try on clothes in the store. She continues to be loud and ratchet and say oh well I’m the store manager and I don’t allow that and your drawers out your drawers your drawers your drawers And I tell her she needs to have a conversation with her store employee because her store employee told me that it was OK. I would never walk into a store and start just taking my clothes on trying things on without confirmation first I’m an adult. I’m a human being this ratchet, redheaded ragdoll continue to be loud so I matched her energy to the point. She went upfront and started talking about me to other employees, I was going to buy more but because I know where I’m at in Douglas County I just purchased the two pants that I was able to try. Try on and went ahead and proceeded to the checkout line. Once I was in the checkout line and made it to the cashier, she asked me did I enjoy everything and I told her no her store manager is very unprofessional and distasteful. To which the store manager started saying oh what was said who she talking to what was said ? I looked around to the point to see if the cashier was gonna say something or if the store manager was gonna directly address to me. She didn’t and the cashier continued on now. One of the pants did not have a tag on them due to the fact I was rushing and trying them on and taking them off so I went to the back of the store to look for the tag the store manager ran back there to purposely find the tag first then when she found the tag she kept stating repeatedly throughout the store from the back to the front, oh the tag was on the floor where you tried the pants on that she tried the pants on so that’s why the tag was on the floor. Yeah she was trying to pants on in the bag so that’s why her tag was on the floor . I proceeded to check out and after I pay cash and got my receipt the cashier didn’t even thank me. Say I have a great day anything . I asked how I can write a review about this and they say that you cannot on the receipt so here I am letting anyone know that wants to stop in this city trends. You cannot try anything on or they will try to embarrass you and make you feel bad for trying to see how something fits before purchase . Manager is very ratchet and lacks decorum along professionalism on how to communicate her frustration with customers

Went and bought my daughter some cargo pants unfortunately they didn't fit. I had to take them back and ended up get replacement with out any problems and friendly service.

Upon entering the store,was disturbing to see an employee being brazen about customers entering the store with purses.Several that had purses previously purchased there were asked to leave them outside however,some were selected to continue to shop with no harassment.
I was shopping for a birthday present for a friend and what taken place ws so appalling,I left the store and went elsewhere,so did several other customers as well.

Great variety of clothing, and I liked the shoe dept. Everything was pretty cool as far as affordable prices ( I was able to find some cute $10 shoes for my baby girls) and the store was clean and organized. I'll definitely be visiting again

When it comes to clothing at great prices this is where my family and I go, it has selections for lots of different styles and accessories. My family and I have walked out of there with sets of clothes while spending a lot less than we would have at other competitors or bigger companies.
My teenagers especially like the styles they have

I love citi trends and go to the Marietta location so had to try this location when I was in the area visiting loved ones. I took my best friend to this location and it was good. They had an awesome selection and it was organized.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Customer service is awful . Manager Tina loves to chime in on other people’s conversation and threatens to call the police on you. All because I asked if she has a trash can to throw something away. “They don’t accept out door trash “ so please don’t give them your outdoor cash or cards. Let’s see how long that keeps them in business.
