Terrible. The salesmen know less about electronics than the average customers. The installers aren’t much better. Had to explain to the installer what he did wrong in the wiring of my system and he was adamant that he had done it right. No apology. No credit. Not even a thanks for the assist. What should have been a 2 day job max was at least 4. Find another company unless you want delays and poor service.

Terrible company!
1. No one came on the scheduled day of installation. They said they had a mix up with their schedule. So we had to re-schedule.
2. When they did come they did not wear any shoe coverings and messed up the carpeting.
3. Even though my bill was paid, they kept sending a bill for service.
4. They had a problem with the monitoring system and it would start beeping at night, and they said it would cost a minimum of $250.00 to come out and look at the problem.
5. Even though we had 3 months of monitoring service left on our contract, we asked them to cancel the service so the beeping would stop. They did not offer any refund.
This company is totally incompetent!

I had an account with them. They billed me for the wrong account, kept asking me to pay even after speaking with 4 different people letting them know they billed my account for someone else's. Decided to move my business location to a new place and cancelled their service and then they come and tell me they have a 90 day policy. So they need 90 days in advance to close an account! That is news to me. The email i sent originally in June to cancel they couldn't even find it, luckily i had a copy of the email. Scammers will never do business with them again!

John was very responsive and helpful in getting us some numbers to install a fire prevention system when our daycare was changing location. Their price was reasonable and they seem to have the resources to get the job done in a timely manner. We did not end up moving to the location, but I would definitely use this company if I ever needed fire prevention equipment or services.

Employee of this company caught on camera at my condo complex going through washers and dryers. Some of the washers were mine, and I feel completely violated that he had his hands in my clothes.

Spoke to the owner who seemed more irritated with me than his employee. He only offered that the guy won't be coming back to our complex.

He was on the premises for 8 full hours.

Terrible customer service! Do not use them! Very disorganized company from the top to the bottom. Training is obviously not their strong point.
