Had a great experience. Brad was very knowledge and answered all my questions trying to find the right fence for a new puppy. We also love the privacy fence from our backyard blocking the subdivision behind us. Price is just right and the knowledge of the team is 100%. Can’t say enough good things about Chamblee Fence Company! Every person I dealt with was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were desperate for a backyard fence since we got a new puppy and they delivered everything we had hoped for. Our rep, Brad, was wonderful in helping me choose the type and placement of the fence. The installers were on time and amazingly fast - and did a fantastic job. We truly couldn’t be happier. The fencing is gorgeous, looks beautiful with our landscaping, and the gates they installed were far above what I had anticipated. The materials used are all high quality and the price was excellent. I highly recommend this company for your fencing needs! Very satisfied customer.

After leaving a bad review, Chamblee Fence called me and promised to send someone out to service my fence if I removed the review. They even told me they “can’t do this for everybody” because it would put them out of business—this alone speaks volumes about their product and installation quality. During the call, one of their managers chastised me for taking “seven minutes” to explain my concerns after spending $8,000. Apparently, once they have your money, they no longer have time for you.

I reported issues within the first year and a half, but they told me warping wasn’t covered under warranty. What do they expect? Am I supposed to crash a car into it to cause damage? Warping is a normal issue that should be addressed, but they chose to dodge responsibility. After promising to send someone, the president himself left a response to my review, completely backtracking on the agreement. They never once asked for photos or proof of the problem during this entire process.

Meanwhile, my three-year-old shadow box fence looks gray and weathered, like it’s been here for 15 years, while my neighbors’ basic fences—installed at the same time (of course by a different company 🤔) —are still vibrant and look new. My neighbors use their fences more often, and they’ve had zero issues with their latches or hardware, unlike mine.

To be fair, most of the fence is okay, but the wood quality is poor, and anything related to operation—latches, hinges—has been a headache. This company doesn’t stand by its product or care about customer satisfaction. I’ll be paying another company out-of-pocket to fix the issues because I will never deal with Chamblee Fence again, even if they offered to fix it for free.

This is my second review based on a second experience. After promising to fix the fence, the president not only went back on his word but also publicly mocked me in response to my initial review. This company clearly lacks integrity and customer service, and I’m done with them.

My neighbor who is a contractor came over and by the grace of god he repairs fences and he said it was unbelievable I paid that amount of money and that was the quality I received. They used the wrong bolts for the hinges that were not reinforced from the other side by lock nuts. They also were not long enough to be functional and he was surprised they did not hang the door a little off the ground to have enough clearance to actually even open… I felt so ashamed and embarrassed that I didn’t give this hard working neighbor my money who said he would have done it half price at better quality and after seeing him fix their spotty work I 10000% believe it. I am beyond mad I gave them my business do not make the same mistake I did.
