Lloyd and his team at CES responded many times when I needed them, even when it was inconvenient or last minute for them. I did not have a great understanding of the systems as I was filling in temporarily but Lloyd was always willing to take time to explain things in further detail to me. I would recommend CES to anyone who is in need of their services.

I can't say enough about this Company, its ownership, and professional staff.

I was frustrated with losing clients to the trailer surveillance systems. One client gone, two clients gone, then three. I was panicking and I became camera trailer hater.

I decided to use Linked In and "networked" reaching out to Lloyd at CES Systems and Defender Security Trailers. Within ten minutes of conversing with him it clicked. I went from being a hater to their biggest cheerleader with a dream of getting my own trailer and a vision of elevating our security patrol services.

Their team was easy to work with. Very responsive on when the alarm is triggered. Once the boundary adjustments were made(after initial setup) we had zero issues. The only thing i would like to see improvement on is having the ability to adjust automatic arm/disarm schedule. However, their team was quick to make the adjustments when i needed them.
