I went into BUR A&G the other day before heading out to the range to find some less expensive ammo than what the range offers. Not only did I find that, but I also found some hard to find parts for my custom ak build there. To top that all off, not only did they have those hard to find parts, one of those parts wasn't listed in their system so they gave it to me for free!

Bottom line, BUR A&G may not be the biggest A&G store but I've never had a problem finding good deals on a vast array of ammo, they have a good selection of parts available for many different platforms and their customer service is almost second to none when compared to other A&G stores. They are always my first stop when I want to buy locally and I highly recommend checking them out for yourself.

If they are the friendliest, I don’t know about buying in Burbank? Average experience, had to wait. First started ringing me up, then took a call and answered some real idiotic questions. The other time in and out. Just average shopping experience.

Came in about a month ago with a revolver having issues with the cylinder being stuck in position no matter what I tried. I swinged by and I believe Eric helped fix it up for me. Super cool and knowledgeable rest of the staff as well. (also had great selections of firearms). I’d return again in the future

I love this store, every time I go I always get the best costumer experience. I went in the day before New Years Eve when it was extremely busy, just to ask a couple questions, and Erick was helpful and knowledgeable we got everything done I needed to get done. My friends and I don’t go to any other store but this one.

Just wanted to thank everyone at Burbank guns and ammo for all the help and services they had provided while I shopped there. Since I went there I honestly haven’t been anywhere else. The ammo sale price and the amount of selection of firearms they have in stocks is amazing. I have purchased many and I have referred so many people to come here cause of there great service. If you’re new or want help or a second opinion this is the place to go to!!! I will always be a customer here for any of my firearms needs. Plus if you need to do a weapons transfer of any kind the process here was super simple to do!!!

I forgot his name, I believe it was Allen he was very professional and went out of his way to help me pick out my new Beretta 1301 Tactical.
