We had a great experience! The owners were so nice and worked with me through facebook, they answered all of my questions about the oversized chair I wanted. My husband went to pick it up and he stated everyone was very nice! We also got a mattress and box spring and my 8 year old said coziest bed ever! Prices were great too!

Incredible experience. Owners have the space laid out nice; it’s very clean and product ready to go. Customer service was top notch; very friendly and a no pressure situation and very knowledgeable on what they have in stock, etc. Both furniture and mattress selection is great. We brought our sectional home and put together, all brand new and beautiful quality. Thank goodness we stumbled across them and will definitely use again in future.

Looked everywhere for a last minute sofa, couldn’t find a place that could get it in within a month. Walked into BoxDrop and walked out 5 minutes later with a brand new recliner for a great price. Exactly what we were looking for and so stress free. A hidden place I would recommend to anyone in the same position.

Box drop in Delaware is a legitimate place to buy mattresses. You may be skeptical buying mattresses from a facebook marketplace, but Jake was very quick to respond to all of my questions. His location was very easy to find and he had adequate signage up in the shopping center to guide you. His warehouse is clean and he had all the mattresses he sells set up for you to set or lay on to test. Jake is very knowledgeable about the mattresses he sells and there was no pressure to buy or up sell you something you didn’t want. Everything is new and sealed in plastic. I felt I got very good price on the two mattresses I bought from him!

BoxDrop Delaware is an amazing place. Jake provided excellent guidance throughout my buying experience. I bought the Beautyrest Black for a fraction of what it would cost in one of the big nationwide companies and slept on it last night for the first time. I'd recommend BoxDrop to anyone.
