Border States is one of the only companies that refuses a small delivery because your receiving closes at Noon. I understand full Long Boxes that need appointments. When you have people at your warehouse working and doing “Shipping” (just sitting there) then at least maybe accept small LTL Deliveries.
Besides this Management Rule! The Staff here seem pretty nice and embarrassed by the rule.

Almost never answer the phone. Most of the staff is really friendly when you visit the store in person. I would recommend going in person, if you have the time, instead of calling.

Unlock Achievement "First Reviewer".

I went in for a few items that are not typically available at the standard home improvement stores. Namely a 100amp breaker and some other items related to the aforementioned breaker. The guys were really nice and very knowledgeable. I had to do a scratch drawing of what I was needing to do not to mention my ability to explain the situation was haphazard at best. They understood what I was trying to explain and got me the right parts for the job. Thanks for a good experience!

I called EWS in Orem looking for a certain item which they don't carry. Instead of just saying 'sorry', the employee gave me ideas of where I might find the item. She was pleasant and personable, even looking up stores and giving me names of places to call. I really appreciate good customer service and felt I was treated with respect. Great job!

If you are an individual consumer just go to Lowe's or Home depot. They are priced the same and it takes longer. I thought they would give me a discount spending $2k but nope. I was even quoted a lower price but then changed higher in the invoice. Not happy at all.
