Recently purchased a T66 from this dealership, and the experience was great. The salesperson who worked with me is named Buddy, and he made the process very smooth. Recently dealt with Katie Walk she was great to deal with. We had a issue with a part getting to us and even though I had to drive 2hrs to them to get the part she was trying her best to get us the part we needed before I drove to McKinney.

My husband and I finally made our way out here to meet up with Craig, we have been talking about the T76 for a week or two now. Craig has been more the patient with us on getting out to see it lol. He seems like a really stand up Salesman willing to really put in the work for his customers. 👍
I was really impressed with the Skid loader actually. I love that there isn’t places for debris from us working to build up and possibly start a fire. I also noticed that the exhaust pipe is located more to the right of the machine, unlike all of the others that have the pipe right in the middle of the window. Making it more then impossible to use the back window as a emergency exit. I also really enjoy the thought of being able to control the skid loader from our phone . The wide windows really help to see more of what’s around you. Overall it seems like a really stout machine and really excited to see it working. 👍

Update: almost 3 years later. 12-20-2018 to 12-6-2021 McKinney location, Mat and Max and the whole team up there have been supportive, honest and surprised me even further.
Almost 3 years ago we purchased a small E20 excavator and a T595 front loader as a tiny start up. At the time I couldn't ask for better service and follow up and with nearly three years of experience that has not changed. We said that if this kept up we would stick with them long term and continue to purchase as we grow. My son in law and daughter ( Athena Construction ) ( Plano TX) ended the enormously difficult first two start up years and they are ready to take off on their own. She purchased her new E20 excavator last month growing a new work team. Service level kept up and our promises are kept as well. I have experienced the service and confidence the Bob Cat organization provides. Dear corporate at Bob Cat do you see this? I am going to send them a letter expressing my sincere gratitude. 🙂
