Beautiful condo with a full kitchen. Your patio door opens up to a community balcony that is screened in. You have your own private chairs by your door. The balcony's view is the swimming pool. The rooms are clean and well taken care of. Lynn, at the front desk, was very nice and greeted you with a smile. Activities included tennis courts, bikes, and swimming. The condo is close to the sightseeing places to visit on the island. The drive across the bridge was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Highly recommend!

Have been coming here my entire life, and will come here for the rest of my life. This is the greatest family oriented place I know of! The people are amazing, kids growing up together for 30+ years!! The office staff are always incredible, helping to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect! As the week we take off and get to completely relax and kickback, we are sure to be here every year! So blessed my grandparents bought when the place first began! Can't wait to be back this summer!

I’ll start with the good things. The rooms, while super small (500 sf) are very nice and clean and well equipped. Nicely decorated. The pool is a nice size. You are allowed to rent bikes as there are a lot of bikers on the island. You can also are able to rent a paddle board or kayak with a deposit and limited time slot. Ok the last think, it’s location on the island is good. For the 3 star review that I gave... I guess I’m spoiled being a Bluegreen owner. Everyone at Bluegreem resorts are so curious and go the extra mile. Here, Lynn who runs the office was snippy twice on the phone but nicer in person but we’ve not seen one employee since we’ve been here at all. They have no food on the premises. No little convenience store for aspirin or bandages. No tiki bar, no live music, no chairs on the beach or umbrellas. So, you have to carry or drag them out ( a good distance) everyday and bring them back when done. No lifeguards at the pool. The beach was average at best. I know that’s not the resorts fault. But, there about 10 feet of sand before you hit all the shells if you like walking at the waters edge, this isn’t the place to do it. In fact the shells hurt your feet. You could use flip flops. Idk, it’s just not up to Bluegreem s standards but it’s not Bluegreen’s properly and I got snapped at saying something about Bluegreem to Lynn on the phone as well. All in all we give it an average rating. It’s more like a two story motel than a resort. The grounds were pretty though.

We are owners of this timeshare and always enjoy our time. The units have been significantly updated and are comfortable for two people and possibly small children. Units are close and sound can be a factor. No elevator.

First few days here were nice. Then the family from hell checked in downstairs from us. We can hear every word they say, kids up and down the stairs for HOURS, one of their teen boys banging on my door 11:30pm at night. It is now 11:55pm and they are finally quiet. I'll be speaking to front desk staff tomorrow and I'll write a review of their response.

Remodeled rooms were gorgeous with screened in porches. Pool area was perfect. BBQ grills available. All steps away from
Sanibels great shelling beaches.Beach chairs & umbrellas provided- perfect lazy vacation

I love Surfrider. It is my home away from home. Clean, on the beach, newly renovated. I have been coming here for 35 years. Units are small but well appointed with full kitchens, place is cozy, staff is incredibly helpful. On the last trip we had an osprey that has caught a fish and flew into the tree above the jacuzzi (see pic). There is a pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, bbq grills, bikes, etc. My favorite place on Sanibel.

Good place to stay nice rooms and lots of amenities like bikes paddleboard kayaks shuffleboard tennis swimming pools and hot tub could never find the staff went to the office several times but it was always closed so some of the equipment was locked up
