I’ve been in here twice asking for help to fix my Dad’s scooter. Both times David fixed it so fast. One time he did not even charge me. We are on a fixed income and this is my Dads primary means of transportation so this means a lot to us. Great customer service, friendly and kind. Thank you so much!!! One of the worst experiences: I called in for a part for a powerchair; they said it would take one week. After checking in multiple times for the course of several weeks they informed me the part was missing. Both Dave and Pam were unhelpful and obviously disinterested in getting a disabled person mobile again.

The store was packed when I was there and they still managed to help everybody without any problems. I never seen such teamwork. The staff there helped each other out to take care of all the customers. They were there for me from start to finish. From when my stairlift was ordered through the installation, I was given detailed information of the process. The installers were very thorough and really knew what they were doing. I am glad and happy that I went to them. Thanks so much!

We so appreciate the compassionate and full service we received from all of the staff. We first encountered Rusty who gave us a complete estimate for a stairlift, followed by Dave who helped us navigate the best lift chair options for our mother - and can’t forget Jesus who did an excellent job installing the lift - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bischoff’s for any mobility or medical supply need!

I bought some equipment here and they were very nice to deal with. However now that I need help with getting reimbursement from my insurance company it's a different story. They have no one answering phones in any of their departments! How unprofessional is this? To begin with when they sell you something saying it can be reimbursed by your insurance they should give you the information you need to do that. No where is their tax ID listed on their billing receipts. It's the first thing the insurance will ask for.

Terrible place they were suppose to come and measure my staircase and they never did come at all and they said they had a hospital bed for my mom and we waited to reserve it than we call back they say they don't deliver to a house with stairs wish I would've known that I would've never called terrible all need to be re trained.

My mom has MS and can't really get around without a wheelchair, so when I learned that she was coming for a surprise visit the next day from out-of-state I was a little concerned, to say the least. The exceptionally friendly staff helped me by renting me a very high-quality ramp that she used during her week-long visit.

I'm not sure what I would have done if they didn't have the ramp in-stock. They were able to very quickly help me; I think I spent 30 minutes in the store before being able to leave with the ramp that would allow my mom to get into my house.

Thank you very much Fong, Sonoma and Colleen! You were so kind to me, and you made my mom's visit possible and helped us share some special time together.

It's rare when a business can actually change your life but in this case Bischoff's did.
