This day was a great day and I had a splendid time moseying and browsing the the whole floor of the store. Corner to Corner and wall to wall, if you will. Look in every cranny of the nook and delve onto shelves. Not to be shelvish, of course, but to have a look-see. They have a wide variety of products in every trade, field, farm, ranch, shop, machines, tools and such. From tractors, trucks, automobiles to any kind of moving things for moving things or things for moving. Big R is definitely a one stop shop if you ever get inclined to go for one thing or to go for everything in one stop...! Come one! Come all! As you "R"!!!

They carry the same things Home Depot does my question is why do they price gouge everybody my also my question is why do they have management then let's get to our one main thing here social life that should not even be brought into management it's kind of hard to make a decision on things when your mind is not clear 100% there's a fine line between the rich and the poor if you lowered your prices just a little bit on 80 percent of the stuff on volume in the store per capita per year you will gain more money annually and your product will not sit around on the shelves although some product does move off the shelves but what about the stuff that's just sitting there think about that one what country is in Havoc for money and I think the owners of this company have made enough money to give the public more of a break in life I will end on that note

Collett the manager is the best. I went to Home Depot for a toolbox, but they were out. I went to Big R to get a price match, and Collett called Home Depot to verify. Home Depot hung up on her after answering, so she had to call back and ask for a manager, who never answered. I will get my tools at Big R instead of Home Depot.

I've gotten some boots and some tack here. Prices are alright jus like an average Big R. Horse tack is about the same but a little bit more expensive. Clothes and all are alright and everything is pretty fine.

If that was for the staff, again like how every store Farmington has are MOODY old ladies and teenagers. I remember this one blonde girl was checking me out and while I was looking in my wallet to pay she just kept rolling her eyes and looked impatient acting like she has never worked in her life before. Old men and women follow me down the isles and I remember one old guy just licking his lips and looking me up and down, DISGUSTING. Until this place gets better staff, I recommend going to the other one in town.

I had an outstanding experience at the Big R store in Farmington, NM! A HUGE thanks to Operations Manager Bryan Chiquito and Steve Peterson and Store Manager Collette Mason! Their exceptional service in assisting me with a price match and treating me with the utmost respect truly exceeded my expectations. I'm incredibly grateful for their dedication and professionalism. Ahéheeʼ to the Big R team for giving me such a positive shopping environment!!! Keep up the good work! And I'll keep on coming in for all my Big R needs!!!!

Today, I dealt with bad customer service and the Employee who was working cashier was throwing the product that I returned and she was like "Aghhhh" with an attitude when I was standing in front of her. I was going to say Leave your issues at home and if you don't like your job then QUIT...
