I recently had the pleasure of working with Jacob and his team at BH Theater Audio and Video Security, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. After moving into a new build that lacked modern conveniences like home audio, Wi-Fi, and wireless lighting, Jacob transformed my home with remarkable expertise.

He wrapped the entire house in Ethernet, Cat6, speaker wire, and lighting, seamlessly running everything through the ceiling and eaves. Jacob designed a custom in-ceiling audio system with high-end speakers and Sonos amps, and added recessed lighting to the eaves, collaborating with a contractor for optimal design. He also replaced my standard light switches with wireless versions that can be controlled via an app.

Jacob’s work was completed quickly and professionally at a competitive price. He was always present and readily available to address any questions or changes, demonstrating impressive adaptability. Overall, Jacob and his team provided exceptional service, and I wholeheartedly recommend BH Theater Audio and Video Security for anyone looking to enhance their home with modern technology.

I have a Doorbird system that was inexpertly installed by another company a few years ago. Recently, it stopped working. I called BH Theater and Audio and was greeted by Jacob. My original plan was to call a few installers in the area and compare prices. But once I started talking to Jacob, it was clear he was honest, patient and knowledgeable. He agreed to come look at my system the next day. When he showed up he diagnosed the issue in a minute, literally–a small nick on the cable was the fault–and laid out a simple, reasonably-priced solution. He was not available to fix my system that day, but came out another day and did a superb job, replacing the cable and upgrading it from a bare ethernet cable poorly stapled to some wood to a strong cable fortified with a flexible hose to protect the cable. Competent, friendly, polite, honest. I highly recommend BH Theater and Audio.
