I contacted Chad at Simp Tech Solutions after having a horrible experience with another provider. I spent three years dealing with problem after problem with my original installer. My wife wanted me to rip everything out of a $100K install and just go to basic cable TV she was so frustrated with our system.

I had Chads team come out to assess our situation. We had good equipment but our configuration was causing significant issue. The previous provider had done a horrible job of executing the implementation of equipment and software.

It took a couple of days of work and lots of trouble shooting to get our system running as it should, software updates and fine tuning to optimize our situation. Jacob and his team followed up continuously to monitor the system changes and further finetune the system. I am only mad at myself for not making the call to Simp Tech sooner and putting up with all of the ridiculous antics of the other provider. Beacon Simp Tech will be starting a new project for me soon and I am really looking forward to things as I am confident they will get it right the first time!

We have recently had the awesome experience of working with Simptech Solutions in our new home build. They were very patient with us (and our builder) as things were delayed etc. and worked directly with our builder for scheduling etc. - which was great as it put time back in my hands. I was leery about "whole home integration" as my husband and I are not computer wiz type people but they made everything so easy and simple and we are completely comfortable as well as enjoy all the features and luxuries that come with a "Smart Home". Great experience from start to finish. The SimpTech team was knowledgeable, professional and exceeded all expectations in converting my 1927 home into a fully-integrated smart home. System install (included all necessary wiring): Control4, smart TVs, indoor/outdoor audio, video surveillance and security, remote door and garage door control, water monitoring and shutoff, interior/exterior lighting controls, pool controls, among others technologies.
