POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have bought several fitting, pumps, lines and other items from AVS over the years and never had a problem. Then I had a one new fitting out of 10 was bad. Called AVS 2 days after receiving fitting about the bad fitting. I explained I use a air line cutter and done several troubleshooting attempts before calling for a replacement t fitting. Was told a new one would be sent out to me. 10 days later I called and asked about my replacement fitting. Was told that the guy I talked to the first time no longer works for AVS and nothing was sent out. The guy then told me to send pictures of the leaking fitting for there files and proof, then they would send me a an new t fitting. The guy even gave me his cell phone number to send the pics and video to. Then I called back from the guy say they don’t Warrenty any fitting even new ones, so I asked to talk to supervisor “Kevin” said do not warranty new or any fittings however they would sell me more stuff at a discount rate. OMG why would I buy more stuff. All I want is my working parts in the first place. I did everything they ask me to do then lie to ya.
Poor customer service. I would not recommend AVS.

9 days Delayed shipping out caused my build to be pushed back and late to find out missing parts they didn't replace I had to buy over. Because of the shipping delay and build pushed back and pass 30days they took No aneshative to help or take responsibility if I could have just got it from another shop before time passed to cancel on my credit card. And it took 11 days waiting for a price for the parts they left out causing problems at shop for waiting for their call I had to keep calling tell I was able to order and now waiting again 4day for it to leave their shop.

Over a month ago I order some parts. I got part of my order but not all. The carrier who supposedly delivered it did not get a signature even though it was required. Anyways of right now I have no parts and I am out of the money I paid for the products. I have been pretty patient as I know claims can take a while. I have requested a refund which I got the response as they would like to resend parts. At first I refused and wanted my money back. After that communication was made I got no response. After a few days I sent another email stating if a refund was an issue just sent the parts. It has been a few more days with no response. Today I called and left a message for person I have been emailing with. Again no response. At this point it is poor customer service. I still have no product and no money returned for something I didn’t get. I hope that this company can make this situation right.

Showed up at the store late. Staff was helpful, they all stayed over their regular shift to help. From answering questions to showing how the tubs and notch cover would fit on the truck. If they have random deals, take advantage! Worth buying products in the store.

AVS is awesome, Ramzey there was great. I started my search for an air suspension kit for my car on their site and they had quality parts at great prices. I called them up because I live in Washington State and had some questions, spoke to Ramzey. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I had called him a few times over a couple of days, as I kept coming up with questions and he was always gracious and made sure that he answered my questions.

In the end, he got me a great deal and I cannot wait to get the kit I ordered and get it installed.

I will add photos of the items, once I receive them and will post pics of the car before and after install.

Very disappointed in my first experience with AVS
Sept 3rd ordered was place before opening, on sept 7the due to the 3 day weekend my order was moved to awaiting shipment. On sept 13th I reached out for a status update. I was told someone would call me back. On sept 14th I called again was told again someone would call me back, this time was told Carlos would call, again no call. On sept 14th I waited till late afternoon to give them a chance. I called and got a hold of Carlos this time. He told me he never heard anything about my order before that moment. I asked a status on my order and was told it hadn’t shipped because a close out item was no longer available (that item is still posted on the website as this is being typed) Carlos agreed to upgrade my order to the better version at no extra charge (have yet to receive the order to confirm this) I explained to Carlos no one reached out to me to tell me there was an issue over an entire work week and I needed 2 items from the order before Saturday. Carlos insured me he would over night everything in the order except one item (60lb item) he mentioned those would be shipped ground which is understandable due to shipping cost. He insured me he would get them shipped out immediately and would send me an email personally to advise me it was taken care of (items were shipped but email did not come) I pulled up my order and noticed there was only one tracking number received which was chosen as UPS ground. So I found a invoice sent from Carlos to my email during my original order and asked for an update on the tracking info explaining to him items were shipped ground and if he could advise me if the other items were over nighted. His response “this is the info that was given to me” not once did he even acknowledge my concern.

My last build was closed up during Covid and I wanted to find a new reliable shop and there prices were competitive. Unfortunately AVS after being a reputable shop for so many years just wasn’t the answer in this experience, I posted on my Facebook before leaving a review hoping someone would reach out and resolve my issue but after 3 days with no prevail I decided leaving a review was necessary.

Changed my review from a 2 star to a 4 star because Kevin Avs's Sales Manager reached out to me after my expirence and Righted the ship. Avs is helpful if you get the right peoples help.

This shop is great for your custom car needs. But . .
. the listing for AVS on Google Maps says in-store showroom is open for shopping with a green check mark next to it. But when I got there, there was caution tape across the front doors with signs saying that the showroom is closed for in-person shopping. The news says on June 15th the entire state of CA is opening back up for in-person shopping everywhere, so I will just wait until then.

Just got a call from the shop that's doing my truck after this shop spoke incredibly highly of this place and I was against it but I trusted my shop no order this kevin guy gives them the run around day after day and now he's "out for covid" and it will be a few more weeks on top of the two of run around DONT ORDER FROM THEM THERE WILL BE MAJOR ISSUES!!! I Feel bad for the shop because they had nothing but good things to say no it's blown up in their faces
