I had a friend, who used to do installations professionally. He did part of the work incorrectly, then abandoned me, never being available to correct and finish the job. I had been trying to get him to respond since this project began in May, 2023!

Thankfully, I happened to find AV Solutions Home Theater Install. Robert responded to my Saturday email on a Sunday, (I wasn’t expecting such a prompt response), and we made an appointment for Tuesday, August 1, 2023.

Arriving on time, Robert immediately diagnosed the prior incorrect connections, and got my 5.1 system running perfectly.

Robert also advised me on the merits of a SONOS App and Device in order to control volumes and even multiple sound sources for my three different zones! I had never even heard of Sonos before. So I ordered one, and I’m so grateful for Robert’s professional advice! (It took until Friday for his supplier to get another Sonos in, otherwise he would’ve finished my job the same day!)

It’s now Saturday, August 5, 2023. Thanks to AV, I’ve moved into the modern home theater world and I couldn’t be happier! Robert even took the time to teach me how to operate my new Receiver, as well as the Sonos system.

Honest, reliable, timely communication, expert installation, at a very reasonable cost! I recommend them for all your AV Solutions needs!
