I can't say enough about Atlantic Heating & AC. Lisa and her team are phenomenal! The service and care they extend to their customers is beyond any expectation. They are professional, understanding, and kind. We purchased a new-build home, and the ducting was very inadequate. Several rooms were either very cold or very hot. The airflow was almost non-existent in some areas. The county inspector told me he couldn't believe it was built and passed inspection the way it was. Atlantic corrected this major issue and made the home comfortable. They even noted some poor work done by another company with the AC installation, and corrected that at no charge. They truly care for their customers well-being and comfort. We will be loyal Atlantic customers for life!

We have been using Atlantic since the day we moved into our home 12 years. They installed our air condition units and have serviced our furnaces and air conditioners ever since.

We recently had an issue with the coil freezing up and they responded promptly and the service was everything we have come to expect: PROFESSIONAL AND EXCEPTIONAL! Rich Boutin provide service above and beyond what was expected, completed the repairs in a timely manner, explained what had occurred and what we needed to do over the next day or two, and let us know to call him immediately if we had any further concerns. Very happy with Cameron & this company. They apparently were the original installer of the equipment when our house was built. We had a minor issue a few weeks ago when turning on our A/C for the first time this year, it just didn't seem to be cooling as quickly or effectively as it should have been. Brianna was very helpful on the phone giving us ideas of what the issue might have been since this was a Friday & we weren't sure if we wanted to have someone out or wait to see how it went over the weekend.

We decided to have them come out & Cameron came on the same day we called. He even came early & was polite & very knowledgable. He found the problem & that it was a small problem back at install time several years prior. They really stand behind their work & have integrity, he did not charge us anything since it had been their error to begin with, even though it had been done 3 years earlier. He easily could have never mentioned it & we would not have known the difference, but he did the right thing & was honorable & honest! We'll definitely use them again!

Keith was very professional and did a great job repairing our furnace. Quick turn around. He took extra time sealing and doing a full service which was needed for our 11 year old furnace. I would recommended Atlantic Heating without hesitation.

Most importantly, the stand behind the warranty of the items they install and do what is needed to keep the customer happy because they want to be the company you trust and call when you need help. This amazing team was quick, efficient, professional. The tech (Rich) came out the morning of a huge blizzard and replaced our blower motor. He arrived quickly and was professional throughout his visit. We have a running heater to enjoy throughout the remainder of the blizzard thanks to Atlantic responding so quickly, even during the storm.
