I can’t not say enough great things about Andre and his team. I am a clean fanatic to begin with. But I wanted to try something else and have a company come in and do a deep clean. I emailed Andre within 30 minutes I had a respond and within an hour he was at my house giving me a quote. I decided to go ahead with them. I left my house on Sunday at 10am came back at noon and they were finishing up! My house was spotless, from inside the refrigerator, oven, windows, ceiling fans, baseboards you name it they cleaned it! They also add their own special touch to certain things which I thought was adorable. I will absolutely be using them again. They are affordable and pay attention to all the little details you wouldn’t think about. Oh and they love dogs so you can’t get much better than that! Thank you Andre and team!

To your response: the issue isn’t your “rules.” As I conveyed to you via text, I run two businesses, and understand that rules and standards exist. The issue is the rude and unprofessional nature that those rules were conveyed to a prospective customer. I never leave negative reviews. As a fellow business owner, I recommend that the person who is managing scheduling be given further training on proper communication. I appreciated the follow up apology text I received shortly after I left a one star (I actually came here to delete it) but upon seeing this response which paints me as some entitled jerk, am keeping it up for now so hopefully you make some changes. ✅
