I had a good experience trialing saddles with them, so I thought consigning would be straightforward, but I did run into a decent delay getting paid. However, I was so impressed with their customer service reaching out to fix the problem. The owner reached out to me personally to rectify the issue I’d been having, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I’m so appreciative of the personal response and support, it really does make me inclined to work with them again because I know if I have an issue, I can trust them to make it right.

We went looking for blankets and were able to find everything we needed as well as several gently loved treasures. One blanket was brand new with the tags still on. I highly recommend this store as we were able to find what we needed and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

I took two dressage saddles on trial with them and the communication was next to nothing. After I received the first saddle, I texted them asking if it was possible to exchange the current saddle for another without going through the hassle of being refunded, they responded with that it was. I then asked a question about the other saddle I was interested in and hadn’t heard anything back. Once I returned the first saddle, I called and left a VM and even emailed them without a response. After a few days, I emailed and FB messaged them asking if they got the saddle, once again, nothing.

At this point, I wasn’t interested in trying the other saddle, however, without responding to me, they mailed out the second saddle the following day. I tried it, determined that it wouldn’t work, and returned it. I emailed that I would be returning the saddle and the owner, Arielle, reached out asking what didn’t work with either saddle and offered to help find me one that could work. I told her what didn’t work with either saddle and stated how displeased I was with the lack of communication during the time I tried both saddles. Shocker, I didn’t receive a response.

A few days later, Arielle responded to my FB message saying that she was responding so it didn’t look like I was ignored. To me, I thought that message was unprofessional and showed a lack of responsibility as a business owner.

On a positive note, both saddles were shipped out quickly and I was refunded quickly as well. I’d also like to add that I am well aware that I am not the only customer that Arielle and the employees deal with on a daily basis, however, the lack of communication was irritating and unprofessional.
