I love Adams tack store. I don’t need to shop online because I’m lucky to live in Aiken. The people who work in the store are exceptional. But one small note to the new owners: little things really do make a difference in this competitive market. It was such fun to bring home, or get as a gift, the trademark Adam’s bag. You could even offer them for a small fee.

This is my new go-to tack store for both I store and online shopping. I visit Aiken often in the winter and was so happy to find this store for my horses needs. What stands out to me about this business from other tack stores is that the entire staff is SO KIND. Seriously, they could post a sign that says America’s Friendliest Tack Store and I would dare anybody to compete with them. They keep a great selection of apparel, grooming, tack, supplement and barn/stable items. And if they don’t have it, they will order it! Their reward program is crazy good compared to other places I’ve shopped. Support this business when you can!

Annabelle is by far the face of Adams horse supply. Her warm smile her electrifying energy is contagious! Every time I come to Aiken from Atlanta I must stop to see her. She is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help us find everything we need. She handles the crew of 10+ kids I bring in when we do our shopping like a true professional. The store has a wide variety of products and brands which I love. I only wish they would carry eskradrons. If you are looking for a place to shop Adam’s has almost all you will need but no other place has a staff member as amazing as Annabelle.

I have known Merance for several years now, but before meeting her, I had been a customer of Adams Horse Supply since 2004. The first saddle that I purchased with my own money as a young teenager came from here, so Adams has sentimental value to me as well. Being a fellow professional in this type of business, it is so nice to deal with another business who is honest and provides great customer service. I appreciate having Adams as a resource for everything equine and pet related, and they always have a huge selection of everything. Over half of my collection of blankets for my horse has come from here, and it was so great to receive excellent products at the best prices on the market. Adams Horse Supplies is one of the best tack stores in the area, as well as one of the best you can find online. The selection is fantastic and if they don't carry what you're looking for, they are extremely willing to find it! The customer service is unbeatable. I try to do all my shopping through Adams for that reason alone. The employees are prompt in resolving any issues and so helpful! I made a purchase using a gift card, coupon code, and a debit card over the phone and the employee that helped me was patient and very pleasant to talk to. Definitely a 5 star store with 5 star customer service!
