The folks at Action were swift, professional, and timely. They installed 3 mini-split air systems and now my home has warmth and AC for the first time. We have been using Action Air for many years now as well as have many neighbors in our area. Our older A/C (not installed by Action Air) was giving out so we met with Neil, an Action Air Comfort Advisor, to determine our options.

Neil came to our property and helped us determine the best set up for our house. He took his time to understand our needs, walked us through our options and sent us quotes the next day. Seeing that there was an impending heat wave coming up, he was able to fit us in to the schedule quickly. We ended up purchasing a Lennox Heat Pump, which can heat or cool our house and is more energy efficient and quieter than a regular air conditioner. We also had always had trouble getting enough intake air flow for our furnace due to the way our 35 year old house was built, and Neil helped us with this as well by showing us where we could have a new register placed in our home to obtain the air flow needed.

Kevin and Roberto were the technicians who performed our service – adding the new heat pump and the register in our house. While they were here, they kept me up to date on their progress and were kind and courteous. Roberto even routed the wires to the heat pump in such a way that we could still get into our sprinkler valves.

We had an unfortunate incident where the technicians found an issue with the platform that the furnace sat on in our garage that could not be resolved the day they were there to install the new unit. The issue was not Action Air’s fault or due to anything Action Air had done; however, because of the impending heat wave they delivered to us, free of charge, window A/C units for our bedrooms to use until we got the issue taken care of. As soon as the issue was resolved, Action Air came back in and completed the job. Loaning us the window A/C units free of charge for several days was above and beyond what was expected since the issue that slowed down the install was not their fault.

We love our new heat pump! It is quieter than our old A/C unit, less of an eyesore at the side of our house, and the fans are horizontal which means the leaves from our trees won’t fall into the fans and make a mess. We are looking forward to the energy savings as well.

Dustin arrived on time and was very polite and informative of what he was doing from the start to finish.

Upon finishing his inspection and changing of the furnace filter, he explained what he had found and made recommendations for having a more safe and efficient furnace, and how Action Air could help.

I must say, this is the kind of employee that makes a company look reputable because he was professional, courteous, seemed to be thorough with his inspection, and he spoke intelligibly.

And, he didn’t try pressuring us to replace a part or have some unnecessary work done. He just made recommendations. Thumbs up!

We had no heat in the house and it felt cold. The heater was not working so we called Action repair services. Sam arrived to investigate the problem and fix it for us. Sam G is friendly, professional, & extremely efficient. He isolated the problem and fixed it for us so now thanks to him we are toasty warm again on a cold winter’s day! Action air services are exceptional and consistently provide quality services.

Of the four companies who bid on my furnace replacement and addition of AC Action was terrific. Sales guy Justin was by far most prepared. He had researched the property on line and understood in advance what he would be looking at. He reviewed all the options with adequate detail I was able to understand.

Installation guys were also terrific. In cramped conditions in low ceiling basement overcame some ducting problems. Had to get very creative to solve. Lead guy Devon very professional and communicated all issues clearly to my non techie mind.
